Navah Consulting were instructed to undertake a Reinstatement Cost Assessment for a heavily altered and extended property on the North London/Essex border.
The assessment was based on a 'total' loss scenario for insurance purposes.
A detailed assessment was undertaken looking at the construction materials and methods used. Special consideration was needed for works to the grounds, including nearly 100 linear meters of retaining walls of varying heights.
The completed Reinstatement Cost Assessment provided the client with a robust figure to provide their insurers.
