This month at Navah Consulting, alongside providing our surveying services, we’ve been increasingly involved in Contract Administration services. Specifically for two properties in Essex.
Both properties are part of the same development and both homeowners purchased their properties less than ten years ago, yet significant issues have occurred externally, raising concerns over its durability and performance.
Our role has been to provide Defect Analysis, compiling detailed reports for the client and warranty companies and working closely with the appointed loss adjusters to ensure that the level of remediation work is clear and executed to all necessary standards.
