Navah Consulting were happy to be instructed to undertake a RICS Building Survey to an extended, end of terrace property in Chingford.

The report made reference for the requirement for statutory sign-offs such as planning and building control for the extension and various alterations.

All element of the report were covered by the ‘traffic light’ system. Photos were included in the report to help identify potential issues.
