Navah Consulting were happy to be instructed to undertake a RICS Building Survey to an altered and extended property in Hornchurch.

The report made reference for the requirement for statutory sign-offs such as planning and building control.

All element of the report were covered by the ‘traffic light’ system. Photos were included in the report to help identify potential issues.
