Navah Consulting were happy to be instructed to undertake a RICS Building Survey to a terraced property in Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire.

The property had evidence of an injected damp proof course as well as a lack of passive ventilation to the ground floor sub-floor void. Recommendations were made within the report to rectify these issues.
