Todays survey was an RICS HomeBuyer Report & Valuation to a purpose built apartment in Dagenham.
The report highlighted all issues of concerns using the RICS ‘Traffic Light’ system as well as the inclusion of photos. The apartment was generally found to be in fair condition however, compliance issues with the services were noted.
