We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Building Surveyor to join the firm.

This role will be based in Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire, covering the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting residential surveys and valuations

• Support in preparing reports and documentation

• Learn and apply industry standards and practices

• Communicate effectively with clients and the Director.

Training:

Training will be provided through Sava - Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.

Course summary:

• Level 6 vocational diploma

• 24-30 months (learner dependent)

• Ofqual regulated through the Awarding Body for the Built Environment (part of Birmingham City University)

• Part-time blended learning including a mix of virtual classrooms, online learning and face-to-face sessions

• Eligible for direct entry to RICS via the Associate Residential Survey and Valuation pathway and accredited by CABE

There are no formal requirements for entry onto the qualification. However, it is recommended that you possess a good understanding of English Writing, Mathematics and IT skills at an equivalent standard to GCSE level C. Further infomation on the course can be found on the Sava website HERE.
