Navah Consulting were back in Chelmsford today to undertake a RICS Building Survey to a dated link-detached property.

The property was found to be generally in an acceptable condition with some issues to the services highlighted. The report highlighted all issues of concerns using the RICS ‘Traffic Light’ system as well as the inclusion of photos.
